Residence La Scala has been under a step-by-step renovation between 2013 and 2017.
Residence La Scala has parking spaces. Please note that the area/Building is unguarded and Residence La Scala assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage. Once you have arrived there, you can reach the apartments only via a multi-level natural stone staircase, on foot.
The building is 10-13 minutes walk from the beach. Built on a hill above Parga, just 7-10 minutes walk (750m) from its centre, Residence La Scala is set within olive groves.Almost all rooms from their inside have panoramic views to the town, Ionian Sea, the islands of Paxoi and Antipaxoi, as well as the scenic town with its castle.
All the studios and apartments at La Scala have a kitchenette with fridge, satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. They offer plenty of space and lots of light. Each unit is air-conditioned, heated and equipped with a modern bathroom.
Bed linen is also available. Room and laundry services are offered twice a week. The superior two-bedroom apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, with stove, oven and dishwasher.
