Parking free of charge, in front of the building and in the vicinity of the hotel. No reservation is required.

Children and extra pax policy

Baby cot is provided free of charge

Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is one (1) and is charged with EUR 10 per night for extra beds.

Any type of extra bed or baby cot is provided only on request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.

The additional benefits are not automatically calculated in the final amount and must be paid separately either during your stay or upon arrival, but in no case when you leave.

Wi-Fi is available and is free of charge.

There is a Bar / Breakfast bar on site.

Breakfast costs 5,00 € per person per night and consists of: Coffee or tea (2x), Toast with ham and cheese, Croissant, bottled water (0,5 l) and natural orange juice (0.25 l)

Pets are allowed upon request

There is an an additional one-time cost (maximum 20.00€) for cleaning, depending on room type (1,2,3 rooms) and the amount is paid upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

• If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival no fee will be charged.
• If cancelled up to 3 calendar days before date of arrival, 30% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
• If cancelled later or in case of non-show, 100% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Please note that Residence La Scala reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to your arrival.

• Check Out time: 08:00 - 12:00

Credit Cards

La Scala Residence accepts only Visa and Mastercard credit cards and retain the right of provisional commitment of an amount not higher than the total amount before your arrival.
